1King Terms Summary

This page lays out the core account rules: who can register, how the one-account and bonus policies work, what happens to a dormant balance, and how a complaint gets filed. It's a short-form summary, not the full legal text.

Who Can Register

Signing up requires being 18 or older, checked automatically at registration. Beyond the age rule, 1 King's terms name a set of countries whose residents can't hold an account.

The list is stated as non-exhaustive, meaning 1King can decline other applicants at its own discretion. Sitting outside the named countries doesn't guarantee a successful registration on its own. See our registration guide for the full sign-up walkthrough.

One Account Per Player

Every player gets exactly one account. Opening a second one through a different name, device, or payment method breaks the rule, intentional or not. Login credentials stay with the registered holder and shouldn't be handed to anyone else.

Bonus Rules

Bonus offers are capped at one per person, email, phone number, device, IP address, and payment account. Multiple accounts sharing a device or IP get flagged as bonus abuse, regardless of the names on file.

  • One account, one identity, one set of credentials per player.
  • One bonus per person, email, phone, device, IP address, and payment account.
  • Slow-playing bonus rounds on purpose breaks the bonus terms.
  • Winnings tied to an expired or removed bonus are forfeited if wagering wasn't finished.

Wagering means playing through a bonus a set number of times before withdrawing anything tied to it. Deliberately dragging out bonus rounds instead of playing normally counts as a breach too. See our bonus mechanics guide for how wagering actually works.

Inactive Accounts

An account untouched for 12 months can start drawing a monthly management fee, beginning 30 days after that mark. The fee only applies where a positive balance sits in the account.

A zero-balance account never draws this fee, no matter how long it sits idle. Logging in and placing a bet or a deposit resets the clock.

Filing a Complaint

A complaint needs to be raised within 6 months of the issue. Filing costs nothing, and only the registered account holder can submit one.

ADR stands for alternative dispute resolution, an independent process outside 1King itself. It's available in line with the platform's licence whenever a complaint can't get resolved directly with support.

Governing Law

1King's terms are governed by Curaçao law. Curaçao courts hold exclusive jurisdiction over disputes tied to those terms.

Questions About These Terms

Support can clarify how any of these rules apply to a specific account. Reach the team at [email protected], through the Support button in the navigation, or via the Telegram channel.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I have a second account?

No. A duplicate account under a different device or payment method falls outside 1 King's terms.

What if my country isn't in the restricted list?

The list is non-exhaustive, so the platform can still decline a registration at its own discretion.

Does every inactive account get charged?

Only accounts with a positive balance, inactive for 12 months, starting 30 days after that point.

How long do I have to complain?

Six months from the date of the issue, filed for free by the account holder.
